German Wire-Haired Pointer

This is a versatile rugged and clever gun dog which evolved from the English pointer, the Foxhound and the Poodle. The wire-coat is straight, harsh and up to 5cms in length. It is water repellent. It has become a leading Gun dog in Germany in the past 50 years. It weighs about 30 kgs and is 60-65 cms tall. |
